Ayden is having a very good summer. I trained a therapist (Kyle) to work with him a few hours a day. The programs that we are currently working on are helping Ayden to expand his sentence length.
He is consistently using sentences to ask for what he wants. As I type this he keeps asking "I want to watch High Silk Hat" (It is a Veggie Tale song he watches on youtube.com). He does not yet know how to wait when I am busy.
Ayden's birthday is coming up on the 22nd. I am so excited for him. He has more awareness this year than he ever has. He understands how to blow out candles and open presents. He will be five. We are very blessed to have had the opportunity to help him to learn how to communicate.
